oCC Spiritual toolkit

In lieu of our traditional Annual Dinner fundraiser, we are gathering spiritual resources and videos to create what we are calling the OCC Spiritual Toolkit. We will have interfaith offerings, reflections from faith leaders, meditative rituals, Ignatian spiritual practices, content for children and teens, musical performances, and MORE! This toolkit will benefit individuals and groups alike, and is something you can revisit to help bring light into a dark season.

Available november 19, 2020

As we head into a stressful fallow season with a unique set of challenges, the Toolkit will be available for you to quickly access a moment of peace and grounding.

Rev. Fleck shares details about the OCC Spiritual Toolkit, this year's main fundraiser in lieu of an in-person Annual Dinner.

While we are unable to gather in person, we hope that you will continue your support as we adapt and expand our vision. The typical cost for a ticket to our Annual Dinner fundraiser was $75 per person. This year, you can access the Spiritual Toolkit AND provide valuable and much-needed support for $50 per person. We also rely greatly on the generosity of sponsors, and ask previous sponsors to match your gift from last year, or perhaps consider a more substantial gift as we face a moment when a unifying voice of faith is so very critical. Through your support of OCC, we are able to continue our mission of Connecting, Motivating, and Empowering Communities of Faith throughout Oklahoma, which is needed now more than ever. You can register to receive the Toolkit here. Registrants are entered into a drawing for a variety of prizes generously donated by our partners.

We don’t need to tell you that 2020 has been an unprecedented year. It's become clear that our work and mission are increasingly important in an ever-changing and divisive landscape. We have been busy working to respond to the dynamic needs of faith communities in Oklahoma and developing a larger vision to empower and motivate us all toward a brighter future.

We are grateful for your continued support of our mission!

2020 OCC award recipients

Since we are unable to honor this year’s OCC Award Recipients at an in-person dinner, Rev. Fleck decided to record their real-time reactions online! The results capture the truly humble and gracious natures of these outstanding Oklahomans, as they receive recognition and gratitude for their important contributions.

This year’s recipients stand as an inspiration for all of us to live in hope during challenging times, while continuing to serve and collaborate with our neighbors.

Our 2019 Annual Dinner…

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 2019 Annual Dinner and an evening of "Inspired Stories".

Our 2019 Annual Dinner & Fundraiser featured speaker was New York Times Bestselling Author, Georgia Hunter.

We Were The Lucky Ones by Georgia Hunter, is inspired by the incredible true story of one Jewish family separated at the start of World War II, determined to survive—and to reunite—We Were the Lucky Ones is a tribute to the triumph of hope and love against all odds. An extraordinary, propulsive novel, We Were the Lucky Ones demonstrates how in the face of the twentieth century’s darkest moment, the human spirit can endure and even thrive.

Georgia shared with us what inspired her to follow her family's story and pursue the research of her history.

We are grateful to Temple B'nai Israel - OKC and the Respect Diversity Foundation for partnering with us to bring this incredible speaker.

We also enjoyed reflecting on another year of ministry in the great State of Oklahoma! Without you, none of this would be possible, so thank you for your continued support of our work!
