Kiera Ratliff

Kiera Ratliff has been a Program Manager at Oklahoma Faith Network since August of 2023. 

Kiera holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in psychology and sociology from Kansas State University. During her undergraduate studies, she participated in research of prison nursery programs and the significance of the maternal child bond. Her passion for supporting families continued after college through her work in child welfare. Kiera grew up an active member of a Methodist church in her hometown. She participated in the praise dance ministry, youth usher board, and choir. Kiera also served as team lead for the children’s nursery. Since relocating, she is exploring local churches and hoping to find one that feels like home. 

In her free time, Kiera enjoys listening to podcasts, home renovations, and spending time with her husband and kids (including her fur baby. Maddox).
